Infused with native gorse and gooseberry, foraged from coastal headlands and windswept moors, it’s the boldest member of the Whitby Gin family. Finished with a touch of Yorkshire honey for just the right hint of sweetness — a gin made for the adventurous.

Palate: Aromatic vanilla and soft nutty notes from gorse blend beautifully with bright, balmy gooseberry. A gentle touch of honey lifts the sweetness, rounding out the rich botanical profile with a smooth, mellow finish.
