Gathered by honey bees in the late summer from the purple ling heather of the North Yorkshire Moors. Yorkshire Heather Honey has a very distinctive woody, tangy flavour. A unique product to add to the Rosebud catalogue and special alternative to jam.

A very distinctive honey gathered from the ling heather of the peaty uplands of the North Yorkshire Moors. Yorkshire Heather Honey is reddish/orange to dark amber in colour and is variously described as tangy, smoky, woody, warm and floral with a flavour like no other and the ‘Rolls Royce’ of British honeys.
