Fellstone, Unpasteurised, a traditional recipe Wensleydale style cheese made by Tom & Clare Noblet at Whin Yeats Farm, Hutton Roof.
Old Roan, Unpasteurised, A traditional unpasteurised cows milk Wensleydale from The Home Farmer.
Stonebeck, Unpasteurised dairy shorthorn, Nidderdale. (Seasonal)
Richard III, Pasteurised, suitable for vegetarians.
Rich Fruit Cake, currently Stag, Botham’s or Lottie Shaw’s.
