A creamy pasteurised medium cheddar which has a slight golden colour and is made solely with the
sheep’s milk from our flock at Mansergh Hall Farm. It is named after our beautiful local village of
Kearstwick which is only one mile down the road. Made by Jenny and Mark Lee of The Torpenhow Cheese Company. 200g cut from our cheese counter for you.
