Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket by clicking on the ADD TO BASKET button. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘View Basket’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept most credit & debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcelforce to Mainland England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland, Other areas can be shipped to at an additional cost. Chilled orders will be shipped in special Eco Chilled Food Packaging incorporating Yorkshire Sheeps Wool to ensure the quality of our product is maintained during delivery. Please contact us for more details.
We will deliver your order as soon as possible, quality produce should not be rushed and sometimes we may not be able to immediately ship your order until it has been cut and packed. However we will normally despatch your order within 48hrs of receipt during the working week . If you are not at home we can arrange to leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbour or we can arrange delivery to your work. Please note we do not despatch on Fridays or deliver on Saturdays due to cost and reliability.
e.g. We are Closed Mondays therefore Monday orders usually shipped Wednesday for delivery Thursday, Tuesday orders shipped Thursday for delivery Friday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday orders ship Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. If you need your order for a specific date or event please do let us know.
If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with a delivery date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK, the applicable rate of VAT is added.
Please Note Uncooked Meat does not currently attract VAT.
Credit Card Security
When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment provider. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Our Payment Provider is Stripe.
