A delicious twist on our original award-winning recipe, Wild Old Tom harks back to classic Victorian gins.  The perfect tipple for adventurous souls, Wild Old Tom champions native botanicals. We explore the headland and roam the moors in search of gorse and gooseberry to create the wildest member of the Whitby Gin family.

Palate:Aromatic vanilla and nutty notes come through from the gorse which is perfectly balanced by balmy gooseberry.  A touch of honey brings out the sweet botanical flavour.

Appearance:A warming golden glow.

Nose: Light vanilla notes with a subtle hint of fruitiness

Enjoyable on the rocks with a slice of lemon. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin – Wild Old Tom. Pair with 150ml of Lemon Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with a slice of lemon & fresh mint.
