This is a LIMITED EDITION 42% ABV slightly sweetened compounded gin made with fresh Raspberries and sugar (but no too much). The Raspberries are macerated in our Original Gin. It is a wonderfully fresh, vibrant pink gin for those who like something just that little bit sweeter.

Botanicals: On top of 12 traditional gin botanicals, we distil Sugar kelp, foraged from Robin Hood’s Bay at low tide; heather from the North York Moors; and Yorkshire honey from a beekeeper on the North York Moors.

Perfect Serve. Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin. Pair with 150ml of Mediterranean Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.
