Whittaker’s Rampant Raspberry Yorkshire Gin

This is a LIMITED EDITION 42% ABV slightly sweetened compounded gin made with fresh Raspberries and sugar (but no too much). The Raspberries are macerated in our Original Gin. It is a wonderfully fresh, vibrant pink gin for those who like something just that little bit sweeter.

Toby & Jane Whittaker distil to the London Gin method in Dacre Banks, Nidderdale near Harrogate in their American Hill Billy pot still Jezebel.

Botanicals include bog myrtle, thyme, coriander, bilberries, hawthorn and juniper.
Tasting Notes: full of bold botanicals and a fabulous nose.
Best served as a classic gin & tonic with ice & a slice or garnish with juniper berries and a sprig of woody garden thyme.

42% abv London Dry Gin
