Three wedges of our finest artisan cheese individually cut and packed for you and accompanied with biscuits for cheese and two jars of  Yorkshire Chutney, Pickle or Jelly.

Available cheeses include Old Roan (Yoredale) Farmhouse unpasteurised Wensleydale, Fellstone Farmhouse unpasteurised Wensleydale, Stonebeck Wensleydale, Leeds Pecorino a Yorkshire Sheep milk Pecorino, Mrs Kirkhams Lancashire cheese made from unpasteurised cows milk, Dale End Cheddar – Dairy Shorthorn unpasteurised cows milk.

Preserves include the perfect accompaniments for cheese from Old Yorkshire Chutney, Great Yorkshire Pickle, Quince Jelly, Wild Rowan Jelly, Smoked Jalepeno Jelly, Rose Petal Jelly.

Does NOT include the wooden cheeseboard in the image, cheese & chutney will be from todays Deli Counter selection.

A traditional unpasteurised cows milk Wensleydale from Ben & Sam Spence of Curlew Dairy in Wensleydale.
Made using raw milk to a slow traditional recipe, resulting in a cheese that is smooth and creamy in texture. This means that, not only is it an incredible addition to your cheeseboard, it also melts nicely so you can cook with it too. We use unpasteurised milk to give it added flavour. Made in Wensley, Wensleydale.  The cheese is clothbound and aged in our maturing room for 3-4 months.
Cows, Unpasteurised, suitable for vegetarians,  approx 250g piece from our deli counter.
