Whitby Gin – Demeter Edition

Inspired by Dracula’s stormy arrival in Whitby, The Demeter Edition is a gothic twist on Whitby Gin. This rich, juniper-forward gin is layered with plum, warming vanilla, and a subtle bite of pink peppercorn. Coastal botanicals honour the ship’s perilous voyage, while plum nods to a bat’s favourite fruit. A plum gin for dark nights, sea tales, and curious palates.

Palate: A well-balanced herbal gin with bright citrus top notes and rich layers of plum and vanilla. Bold coastal botanicalslead the way, gently fading into a warm, pink peppercorn spice and a subtly sweet finish.

Nose: Fragrant and inviting, with delicate floral notes of heather tip, pink peppercorn, and elderflower, softened by a whisper of vanilla and a hint of fruitiness.

Our Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin is a sweet 42% ABV Gin that combines our traditional ingredients collected along the Yorkshire coastline with Yorkshire’s finest Rhubarb.
This orangy pink liquid uses no artificial flavouring or colouring.

We have created the purest form of Rhubarb Gin.

Whitby Gin – Bramble & Bay with British blackberries and bay leaf, the Bramble & Bay Edition is a feast for the senses.

Our signature botanicals are complemented by the sweet red fruits and earthy bay leaf to create a beautifully balanced fruit-led dry gin. Bramble and Bay is the perfect drink to enjoy fireside on cosy evenings. A distinctly herbal and floral scent with a hint of sweetness.

Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic.

Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin. Pair with 150ml elderflower Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with wedge of lime & a fresh basil leaf.

Toby & Jane Whittaker distil to the London Gin method in Dacre Banks, Nidderdale near Harrogate in their American Hill Billy pot still Jezebel.

Botanicals include bog myrtle, thyme, coriander, bilberries, hawthorn and juniper.
Tasting Notes: full of bold botanicals and a fabulous nose.
Best served as a classic gin & tonic with ice & a slice or garnish with juniper berries and a sprig of woody garden thyme.

42% abv London Dry Gin
